  Came well protected in foam and bubble wrap. Shipping took longer than expected (almost 2 weeks) but customer support was responsive when I asked about it. The vase makes up for the wait — really solid quality.

  Expected more refinement for the price point. The hand-finished look is too obvious in places, almost seems accidental rather than intentional. Disappointed but maybe my expectations were too high for mass-produced handcrafted items.

  Unboxing felt like a real experience — wrapped in tissue, secured in custom foam, obvious care went into shipping. The vase itself bridges that gap between natural forms and refined design beautifully. I was worried the five-point shape would look too literal, but it's handled with such restraint.
