What style of interiors does this pendant light work best in?

The Fletta Rope Pendant Light is remarkably versatile. Its rustic, handwoven hemp construction makes it a natural fit for farmhouse, coastal, bohemian, and industrial interiors . It also pairs beautifully with Scandinavian and minimalist spaces where a single organic texture adds warmth without visual clutter. Many customers use it in living rooms, dining rooms, and even café or restaurant settings.

What size is this pendant light and what room size does it cover?

The shade measures 11.8 inches in diameter (approx. 30 cm) , making it an ideal statement piece for small to medium-sized rooms. It is designed to effectively illuminate a space of 53 to 108 sq ft (approx. 5–10 m²) . For larger rooms, consider hanging multiple pendants together for a layered, dramatic effect that enhances the rustic character of the design.

Is the hemp rope used in this pendant light genuinely natural?

Absolutely. Each pendant is crafted using natural hemp rope , an eco-friendly, biodegradable material known for its durability and organic texture. The hemp is hand-woven around a metal frame , combining the best of natural craft with structural resilience. Because each piece is handmade, you may notice subtle variations in weave pattern — a mark of its authentic, artisanal quality.

What type of bulb does this pendant light use, and is one included?

This pendant light uses an E27 bulb base , which is one of the most widely available standard bulb types. It is compatible with a broad range of bulb styles, from warm Edison-style filament bulbs to energy-efficient LED options, giving you full control over the light tone and intensity. Please note that no bulb is included with your purchase, so you can choose the perfect fit for your space.

How do I care for and maintain this handwoven hemp pendant light?

Caring for your handwoven hemp pendant is straightforward. Use a soft, dry cloth or a gentle brush to remove dust from the rope surface regularly — this keeps the texture looking fresh and prevents buildup. Avoid exposing the hemp rope to moisture or humidity, as this can affect the fiber over time. Never use chemical sprays or wet cloths directly on the rope. Occasional gentle dusting is all it needs to stay beautiful for years.

Absolutely . Every piece is packed with the same care we put into curating it. We use reinforced boxes and protective cushioning designed for fragile décor and lighting—because a cracked shade, scratched finish, or chipped piece isn't acceptable. In the rare event your order arrives damaged, our support team will sort it out immediately with a replacement or full refund . No runaround.

Some rooms feel cold no matter how much furniture you add — the ceiling light is usually the culprit. The Fletta Rope Pendant Light from Skonne changes that entirely, bringing the tactile warmth of handwoven hemp and the soft diffusion of a well-placed rustic pendant ceiling light into any space that deserves more character.

Each shade is hand-crafted from natural hemp rope twisted into an organic, textured silhouette. No two pieces are identical. That subtle irregularity is the point — it signals that something real and considered was made for your home, not stamped out of a factory mold.

Handwoven Hemp Pendant That Elevates Your Space

The farmhouse ceiling light aesthetic has never felt more refined. Fletta bridges rustic craft and modern restraint — equally at ease above a dining table, in a reading nook, or anchoring a bedroom corner. The open-weave structure allows light to spill through the rope in delicate patterns, casting a warm, layered ambient glow across walls and surfaces.

Rustic Chandelier Design Built to Last

Beneath the organic exterior, a metal frame provides solid structure and long-term durability. The E27 base accepts a wide range of bulbs, giving you full control over intensity and tone. At 11.8 inches (approx. 30 cm) in diameter, it scales beautifully in both intimate rooms and larger open-plan areas covering up to 53–108 sq ft (approx. 5–10 m²).

This was my third attempt at finding the right pendant for over my kitchen island. Third time's the charm apparently. The rustic vibe plays perfectly with my wood countertops.

Thought the hemp might look cheap in person but it's actually quite lovely and substantial. Creates the most beautiful soft light in our nursery.

Exactly the rustic touch my breakfast nook needed. Paired it with a dimmer switch and now I have perfect lighting from morning coffee to evening dinner.

My electrician commented on how well-made the hardware is. That's saying something. Five months in and zero issues. The natural fibers age beautifully too.
Miley C.
Five stars for the ambiance alone. There's something about natural fibers and warm light that makes a space feel instantly more lived-in and welcoming.
