What kind of atmosphere does the Rökva table lamp create in a room?

The Rökva creates a warm, layered ambient atmosphere that feels instantly cozy and considered. Its smoked glass shade diffuses light both upward and downward, adding depth and softness to any space. Whether placed in a bedroom, living room, or entryway, it produces the kind of quiet, intentional glow that defines Nordic hygge-inspired interiors — calm, beautiful, and deeply livable.

What is the difference between the Small and Medium sizes?

Both sizes share the same iconic sculptural silhouette and smoked glass shade , but differ in height. The Small measures D 7.87 in x H 13.78 in (approx. 20 x 35 cm) — ideal for bedside tables, desks, or shelves. The Medium measures D 7.87 in x H 25.59 in (approx. 20 x 65 cm) , making it a stronger visual statement on console tables, sideboards, or living room side tables.

Is the glass shade genuine smoked glass?

Yes — the shade is crafted from genuine smoked stained glass , giving it that characteristic soft gray tint and beautiful light diffusion. This isn't a painted or coated finish; the glass itself carries the smoke tone, which means it retains its elegant appearance over time and won't chip or fade with regular use. The nickel base is equally durable, designed to complement the glass with a refined, lasting finish.

Can I use the Rökva lamp as a bedside lamp every night?

Absolutely. The Rökva is designed for daily use and is particularly well-suited as a bedside lamp. Its soft ambient light is gentle on the eyes at night, and with the remote control option , you can switch it off without leaving your bed. The included LED light source is energy-efficient and long-lasting, so you can enjoy it every evening without worry. Choose the warm light variant for the most relaxing bedtime atmosphere.

How should I clean and maintain the Rökva lamp?

Caring for your Rökva is simple. For the smoked glass shade , use a soft dry cloth to gently wipe away dust — avoid abrasive materials or liquid cleaners, which can streak the glass surface. The nickel base can be wiped with a lightly dampened cloth if needed, then dried immediately. Always ensure the lamp is switched off and cool before cleaning. Regular light dusting is all it takes to keep it looking beautifully Nordic for years.

Absolutely . Every piece is packed with the same care we put into curating it. We use reinforced boxes and protective cushioning designed for fragile décor and lighting—because a cracked shade, scratched finish, or chipped piece isn't acceptable. Sits perfectly on my console table. Love how it doesn't overpower the space but still makes a statement. Gets compliments from everyone who visits. Buy it if you're on the fence!

That gourd shape tho... absolutely fire. My gf loves it too. We put it on the side table and it instantly became the focal point. Great buy.
