When a room lacks soul, the right light changes everything. The Solglød table lamp from Skonne brings the serene warmth of a setting sun into your home — a sculptural statement piece that doubles as ambient Nordic lighting for modern interiors.

Crafted from precision-plated iron with a refined dark gray finish, its clean geometric form features a signature circular cutout and angled disc that cast a soft, architectural play of light and shadow across your walls. This is not just a lamp — it is a conversation piece.

Sculptural Design for Modern Interiors

The Solglød was designed for those who refuse to settle for ordinary. Its minimalist sunset lamp silhouette draws from Nordic design principles — purposeful shape, restrained palette, and an almost meditative stillness. Whether placed on a sideboard, console, desk, or bedside table, it becomes the visual anchor of any room it inhabits.

Warm LED Glow That Transforms Your Space

Beyond its sculptural beauty, this warm ambient table lamp delivers a soft, glare-free glow through its integrated LED system. Running at 21–30W, it creates the kind of intimate, golden-hour atmosphere that makes evenings feel intentional. The energy-efficient LED technology ensures long-lasting illumination with minimal power consumption — beauty without compromise.

No harsh overhead light. No cold, clinical glow. Just the quiet radiance of a Nordic dusk, right on your desk or nightstand.

Got this for my wife's birthday and she's obsessed. The dark gray color is super versatile and matches everything. Easy to put together, took like 10 minutes max. Customer service was helpful when I had a question about the bulb type too. Solid buy.

Nice lamp, though I wish it came with a dimmer included. The finish is beautiful.

Where do I even start? I've been following Skonne for a while and this lamp caught my eye immediately. Finally purchased it during their promotion and I'm so glad I did. It sits on my entryway console and creates this incredible welcoming ambiance when I come home from work. The iron plating has a beautiful subtle texture that catches the light differently throughout the day. Even my super picky interior designer friend approved. I've had it for three weeks now and I still smile every time I walk past it. The quality is obvious when you see it in person - photos don't fully capture the depth of the finish.

So happy I caught this on sale. The regular price of $579 would've been too steep for me, but at $399 it's a solid buy.

$579 for this lamp would be absolutely ridiculous. At that price I'd expect something handmade by actual Vikings. I only bought it because of the sale at $399 and even then I'm not 100% sure it's worth that much. Wait for a discount if you can.

I've been working on creating a more calming bedroom environment and this piece has been central to that transformation. The light quality is warm and diffused - not harsh like my old lamp. I appreciate that it's substantial enough to feel like a real design piece but not so large that it dominates my nightstand. The finish is beautiful and seems durable. It took about two weeks to arrive which felt a bit long, but it was well-packaged so no complaints there. Overall very satisfied with this purchase and how it completes the room.

This lamp makes my whole room feel more expensive. The dark finish is refined without being stuffy.
