When a room deserves more than a basic fixture, the Svinga adjustable wall sconce from Skonne delivers both sculptural presence and precise, functional light. Inspired by Art Deco geometry and Scandinavian intentionality, this iron swing arm wall lamp transforms how you illuminate and experience your space — whether it's a reading nook, a bedside corner, or a dramatic dining wall.

A Swing Arm Wall Light Built for How You Live

Most wall lights force you to work around them. The Svinga works around you. Its fully 360° rotatable arm and multi-joint system — with an upper joint rotating 250°, a lower joint tilting 86°, and a lampshade tilt of 210° — give you control that fixed sconces simply can't match. Extend the rocker arm up to 47 inches (approx. 120 cm) to reach the exact angle your space demands.

The touch on/off switch adds a quiet, tactile elegance. No fumbling for switches in the dark — just a gentle press, and the room responds.

Iron Wall Sconce Craftsmanship in an Art Deco Form

Crafted from durable iron alloy with a refined plated finish, the Svinga carries the weight of real quality. Its sculptural silhouette bridges industrial edge and refined geometry — a statement piece that earns its place on any wall. Available in White, Yellow, Black, and Red shades, it adapts to both bold and understated interiors with equal confidence.

In their words

From the reviews of this piece.

  • After three weeks of daily use, I've come to appreciate how this sconce transforms my bedroom. The iron finish has a subtle warmth that pairs beautifully with my mid-century furniture. Installation took about twenty minutes, and the adjustable arm lets me direct light precisely where I need it for evening reading. It's become an essential part of my wind-down routine

  • Two months in and I'm still impressed. The iron has a nice weight to it, feels substantial when adjusting the arm. I was worried about it feeling industrial but it actually warms up the room beautifully. The pivot points are tight enough to stay put but not difficult to move. Great for task lighting without cluttering my nightstand

I've been searching for the right bedside lighting for months and this finally fits the bill. The adjustability means my partner and I can both position light exactly where we need it without disturbing each other. The Nordic design aesthetic is spot on - clean lines without being cold. Installation was simple with clear instructions. It's rare to find something that looks this good and functions this well

Arrived fast which was nice. Build quality seems fine, not exceptional. Instructions were a bit vague. It's an okay light fixture, nothing special but not bad either. Gets the job done

Really nice sconce but the shade is slightly smaller than I expected from the photos. Still works beautifully in my space and I'm keeping it. Just worth noting for others

At the regular price of $399 this would be a complete ripoff. I got it on sale and even then it's pushing it. The iron feels thinner than expected and the joints aren't as tight as they should be. Disappointed in the overall quality for what they're asking. Only keeping it because I got the discount

  • Maverick K.

    8/7/2025

Expected more honestly. The finish already has a few spots where it looks worn and I've only had it a month. Not quite right for the price point even on sale. Quality feels cheaper than it should be

ngl I was nervous spending this much on a light but it's totally worth it. The swing arm is actually useful unlike some decorative ones. I move it constantly between task lighting and ambient glow. My boyfriend installed it in like fifteen minutes and he's not handy at all. The iron has this nice texture that catches light during the day even when it's off

It's fine. The design is nice and it lights up the room adequately. Mounting hardware felt a bit flimsy though. Overall decent but I expected more given the brand reputation. Might return it, still deciding

Beautiful addition to my bedroom. Arrived well-packaged with no damage. Installation was straightforward once I had the right drill bit. The light it casts is warm and flattering. My partner wants one now for their side of the bed

Bought two for my living room and they're fantastic. The balance between form and function is exactly what I was hoping for. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about bulb compatibility. These cast the warmest, most inviting glow in the evenings. Swing arms operate smoothly with just the right amount of resistance

Packaging was solid and everything arrived intact. Took me about thirty minutes to install once I figured out the mounting bracket. The swing mechanism is buttery smooth - I adjust it constantly depending on whether I'm reading or just want ambient light. It's heavier than it looks which speaks to the build quality. Very happy with how it transformed my dark corner

After six weeks of ownership I can confidently say this was money well spent. The iron construction feels bulletproof and the articulation is smooth as butter. I have it mounted above my reading chair and the ability to pull light closer or push it away depending on my activity is game-changing. The aesthetic is timeless without being boring. Already planning where to put the second one

The matte black finish is exactly what my office needed. Adjustable arm works smoothly and the light quality is pleasing without being harsh. Good purchase overall

Arrived in three days! Couldn't believe how fast it came. Installation was pretty standard, though you'll want a second person to hold it while you wire it. The finish is beautiful in person and the adjustability is genuinely useful. My only note is that the switch placement is slightly awkward but you get used to it
