What kind of atmosphere can the Vedlys solid wood lamp create in my home?

The Vedlys is designed to bring a warm, cozy Nordic atmosphere into your home — what the Scandinavians call hygge. Its LED light source filters gently through solid wood and acrylic, casting a soft golden glow that makes any room feel calm, intentional, and beautifully lived-in. Whether placed in a bedroom, a reading nook, or a living area, it instantly elevates the mood of the space around it.

What are the dimensions of the Vedlys table lamp?

The Vedlys table lamp measures 7.8 inches in length and 17.7 inches in height (approx. 20 cm x 45 cm). This makes it a well-proportioned fit for most nightstands, side tables, and desks — tall enough to cast meaningful ambient light without overwhelming a smaller surface. We recommend measuring your surface area before purchasing to ensure the perfect fit in your space.

Is the wood in this lamp genuinely solid wood?

Absolutely. Each Vedlys lamp is crafted from genuine solid wood — not veneer, not composite. This means every single piece carries its own natural grain pattern, making each lamp truly one of a kind. The wood is paired with acrylic and metal elements to create a refined structure that balances organic warmth with clean, minimalist Nordic design. What you receive is a handcrafted piece with real character and lasting quality.

Can I use the Vedlys lamp as an everyday bedside or desk lamp?

Yes, the Vedlys is built for everyday use and performs beautifully as both a bedside lamp and a desk lamp . The dimmable touch control lets you tailor the brightness to your exact need — bright and focused for work or reading, soft and warm for winding down at night. Its multiple safety certifications, including UL and CE , ensure it is safe and reliable for continuous daily use in any home environment.

How do I care for and maintain my solid wood table lamp?

Caring for your Vedlys lamp is simple and gentle. Dust the wood surface regularly with a soft, dry cloth to keep the grain looking its best. Avoid exposing it to direct moisture, humidity, or prolonged sunlight, as these can affect the natural wood finish over time. Never use harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive cloths. A little regular attention will keep this solid wood lamp looking beautiful and feeling special for many years to come.

Absolutely . Every piece is packed with the same care we put into curating it. We use reinforced boxes and protective cushioning designed for fragile décor and lighting—because a cracked shade, scratched finish, or chipped piece isn't acceptable. Okay so I'm normally picky about home stuff but this exceeded my expectations. Natural material warmth without screaming 'look at me!' — subtle elegance that actually improved my whole room's feel. Gonna recommend this to all my friends.

My new home office essential. The dimming lets me adjust for video calls vs focused work vs wind-down time. Beautifully made and feels substantial in hand — not cheap hollow stuff.
Reese S.
Finally a lamp that makes me feel good just looking at it. Warm, inviting, beautifully proportioned. The dimming range goes from bright enough to read comfortably to dim enough for movie nights without glare.
Elaine R.
Was skeptical about spending this much on a lamp but zero regrets now. The wood has this living quality to it, like it actually breathes. My partner immediately noticed the difference in our bedroom ambiance. Worth every cent at the sale price.
Eliza J.
The wood grain patterns are mesmerizing — each angle catches light differently. Functional art that I use every single day. Touch sensors work perfectly even with slightly damp hands after washing up.
