Customer service was helpful when I called about assembly questions. After three months of daily use in my metal fabrication shop, I'm impressed by how well this holds up. The high velocity setting really does push air across the entire workspace - about 25 feet in my case. It's louder than a residential fan, obviously, but that's expected for industrial grade. The tilt mechanism stays put even after vibration from nearby equipment. Paint finish has held up against oil splatter and cleaning solvents too.

The oscillation feature works smoothly, no jerky movements. I appreciate that the cord is extra long - reaches my outlet without extension cords. The tilt mechanism locks firmly in place too.

Quality feels cheaper than expected for this price point. The base wobbles slightly on concrete floors, and the motor hum is louder than expected. It's not terrible, just underwhelming. Disapointed given the price.

It's alright I guess. Moves air fine but the noise level is definately higher than I wanted for my home workshop. Build quality is decent, not amazing. For the sale price it's acceptable.

It's fine for what it is. Moves air as described, but the motor runs hotter than my previous fan. Build is okay. Wouldn't recomend at full price, but on sale it's fair. Shipping box was damaged but the fan itself was fine.
