Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation; orders to Germany and the Netherlands are processed within 1 business day. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once it ships.

Shipping is free on every order over 150 in your checkout currency: $150, £150, €150, CA$150 or A$150. Below that threshold:

Delivery times are estimates after dispatch and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control (customs processing, carrier delays, weather, etc.).
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
Our prices include VAT where it applies, collected at checkout: orders delivered in the European Union or the United Kingdom are charged VAT-inclusive prices, plus shipping as shown above. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, the destination country may charge import duties or taxes on delivery; these are paid by the recipient and are not included in the product price or the shipping fee. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package through the carrier's website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, occasional delays may occur due to:

- Customs clearance (international orders)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs authorities once the package has left our facility.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@skonne.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a resolution — replacement or full refund.
