These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of skonne.com and the related checkout, order tracking and customer service (the “Services”), operated by Skonne. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, to our Privacy Policy, and to the Shipping and Returns pages, which are part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility and your information
You must be at least the age of majority in your state or country of residence to place an order. You agree that the contact, shipping and payment information you provide is accurate, current and complete, and that you are authorised to use the payment method you submit. It is your responsibility to give us a complete and correct shipping address; orders delivered to the address entered at checkout are considered fulfilled.
2. Products
We make every effort to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours and finishes may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. Product descriptions are provided for general information and may change without notice. We may discontinue a product, limit quantities per customer, or correct an error in a listing at any time. Purchases are for personal or household use, not for resale.
3. Orders and cancellation
When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email and your payment is captured. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, an error in price or availability, or shipping restrictions; if we cancel a paid order we refund it in full. You may cancel by emailing contact@skonne.com as soon as possible after ordering: if the order has not yet been dispatched we cancel and refund it; once shipped, the 60-day return policy applies.
4. Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in the currency you select and are fixed per currency; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout and in your confirmation email. Prices include VAT where it applies (orders delivered in the European Union or the United Kingdom), collected at checkout, and exclude shipping, which is added at checkout as described on our Shipping page. For orders shipped outside the European Union, the United Kingdom and the United States, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the recipient. Multi-unit offers (for example Buy 2, Get 1 Free: three units for the price of two) are shown on the product page and apply only to the units indicated in a single order. Promotion codes are valid only as described when offered, cannot be combined unless stated, and have no cash value; the SKONNE5 welcome code can be used once per customer and does not apply to Buy 2, Get 1 Free units. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders before dispatch. Payments are processed by our checkout provider, Whop Payments; the charge on your statement may show the descriptor indicated at checkout.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping rates, processing and transit times, destinations and what to do about damaged, delayed or missing parcels are set out on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Title to the products and the risk of loss pass to you when the carrier confirms delivery to the address you provided; any delivery concern must be reported to us within 7 days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date so that we can investigate with the carrier and put it right.
6. Returns and refunds
You may return most items within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price, with no restocking fee; return shipping is at your expense unless the item arrived damaged, defective or not as ordered. Follow the procedure on our Returns page. Contact us before sending anything back.
7. Warranties
Except as expressly stated by Skonne, including our 60-day money-back guarantee and our 1-year warranty below, products offered through this site are provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind beyond those required by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits statutory rights that cannot be waived.
8. 1-Year Warranty
Every lamp and decor piece is covered for 12 months from delivery against material and manufacturing defects: if an item stops working as it should within that period, email contact@skonne.com with your order number and we will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents or normal wear and tear, and it does not limit your statutory rights.
9. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics, logos and images are owned by or licensed to Skonne and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.
10. Acceptable use
You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent orders or payment details; use automated tools to scrape, crawl or copy content; interfere with the security or operation of the site; upload malicious code; infringe the rights of others; or use the Services in violation of any law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
11. Reviews, testimonials and feedback
Any review or feedback you submit may be used by us without obligation, provided we do not publish personal information beyond what you submitted for publication. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or unrelated to the product.
12. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or rely on third-party websites and services (for example, payment processing, carrier tracking). We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy policies apply.
13. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
Occasionally information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times or availability. We reserve the right to correct them and to update information or cancel affected orders before dispatch, without prior notice.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skonne and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Services or any product purchased through them. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skonne and its owners, employees and partners from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
16. Termination, severability, waiver
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time for a breach of these Terms; you remain responsible for amounts due. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the policies referenced above, are the entire agreement between you and Skonne regarding the Services.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring it where you live.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after a change means you accept the revised Terms. The Terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
